Our Executive Director has over 16 years of experience in this type of ministry, and he is connected to many other churches and organizations.  This experience enables him to help you evaluate what you are doing and come up with ways to improve.

Coaching contracts are also available for more detailed and on-site coaching.

 

Quarterly newsletter
What's happening in various groups and in the outdoor world is the main emphasis.  Each issue also includes a devotional and some tips for hunting or fishing.

Leadership Events or Training Opportunities for Leaders
Weekend for Leaders.  Learn what’s working in other groups, leadership training, lots of fun, good food, and spiritually enriching.

Products for ministry events

• Heart of the Outdoors Bibles (NIV) - We ask for a donation of at least $5.00 for each Bible so we can restock this item for other ministries.  If you want to order 24 or more, we can give you the contact information for ordering direct.

• Woodland New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs (NIV) - We ask for a donation of at least $3.00 for each to enable us to restock this item for other ministries.  If you want to order 100 or more, we can give you the contact information for ordering direct.
• Hunting Season Insights for Living from a Seasoned Hunter - $7.00 each (Reg. Price is $12.99) plus shipping and handling.
• Our Daily Bread – Outdoor Edition - $.50 plus shipping and handling

Special opportunities
Perhaps as a local group you don’t have enough people to design a trip, or you don’t know who to contact for help.  We will occasionally offer opportunities like this or suggestions on how to make this happen

Fishing and Hunting supplies
Perhaps you need a package for door prizes for an event and don’t have local connections that will give you a discounted price.  We have a variety of connections and can put certain packages together if we have enough notice.

As we grow larger and have more affiliates, we hope to add several more benefits.

Suggested Minimum Donations to Sportspersons Ministries International

• Small Church (100 or less in Sunday morning worship) - $100/year

• Medium-sized Church (101-300 in Sunday morning worship) - $200/year*

• Large Church (301 or more in Sunday morning worship) - $300/year

In addition, we ask that each church take a special offering for the support of Sportspersons Ministries International.
